Persians
Dale Chihuly is a glass sculptor and entrepreneur, born September 20, 1941, in Tacoma Washington. He was inspired by Native American textiles and culture of the area. “His works are considered unique to the field of blown glass.”
His work includes 200 museum collections displayed around the world. The work entitled “Persians” is an installation on a wooden trellis framework and was created and designed specifically for the ROM.
His boathouse/studio is located in Seattle, Washington.
